Harvested in the mānuka’s two-to-six week flowering window. That short window is the whole year’s supply.

Held for 20 months while the nectar’s DHA slowly turns into MGO. Nothing is added. The honey does it itself.

Independently tested: 553 MGO, glyphosate free. Every report is a tap away, not a claim on a label.

Gently creamed for 3–4 days to keep it stable and stop crystallisation. It is never warmed, so it stays raw. Packed unblended in New Zealand, 500kg in this batch.
